Split type AC has E1 error message

1. Try resetting the air conditioner by turning it off and then back on.
2. Check whether the air filter is clean and not clogged.
   
   If troubleshooting didn’t work, please contact 1300-738-149. Please make sure you have the product information (Model Number and Serial Number) and you’re in front of your AC. Please prepare a copy of your invoice.
