Clear any obstruction between the Remote Control and TV Sensor.
Try new/fresh batteries. Check the Polarity too.
Power-cycle the TV by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds while its unplugged. See if the screen will display pictures after turning it back on.
Check if the TV Panel/ Physical Button works.
Check whether the remote has a power supply. You could push any button on the remote, and then use the camera on your mobile phone to check if there is a red light on the top of the remote
If there’s a red light, it means the remote control has power. Possible sensor issue.
If there’s no red light, it means that the remote control has no power. Possible Remote-Control Issue.
If troubleshooting didn’t work, please contact 1300-738-149. Please make sure you have the TV information (Model Number and Serial Number) and you’re in front of your TV.
